Residential House R, Klosterneuburg

A natural pool, surrounded by decking and luxurious garden furniture, was submerged into the lawn of this expansive garden to create an oasis in which to relax, entertain or swim. A dry stone wall was built that intercepts the slope and is integrated into a raised planted area within the pool. The gush of water that is created by the differing levels, supplies the swimming area with water and serves as a visual and audible magnet/ feature.
